What is up with your office door?
The backdrop to my remote work is a brightly colored and heavily decorated office/art studio. I painted the door with stormy and calm skies to represent the both/and of life. There is galaxy surrounding it containing all the unknown and possibility. My door is to remind people of the complexity and magic all around them being human. It is also a reminder to me that when I touch my door handle to leave my office, I let go of the work and step into the rest of my life, which is intentionally infused with joy and love.

Where are you located?
I live and work from the Salish Sea, which has been home to the Coast Salish peoples since time immemorial.
I am in Friday Harbor, San Juan Island near the Canadian border and Washington State. The nearest large city is Seattle, WA. I do most of my work remote, and do travel for large corporate workshops sometimes.
When will I hear back from Jenn?
I usually respond to email inquiries for new clients within a business week.
How soon can we start?
For long term relationships, I am often waitlisted, so start times can vary.
I am looking for badass workshop, group or meeting facilitation, how soon can Jenn do that?
This entirely depends on your needs. The fastest turn around for a half or full day remote workshop would be within a month. In person, we need to plan ahead.
What are your rates?
I share rates with those who are already seriously committed to exploring the work with me.
Organizational works are based on sector, scale and need and are generally on retainer.
Coaching rates depend on the type of coaching you are looking for and are by the hour or I have package rates.
I always give a free 30 minute consult to assess for fit for individuals and 45-60 minutes for orgs.
Do you do volunteer, sliding scale, or pro bono?
I always make some room in my business for reduced cost for some non-profits, and offering services to the community for free. You can reach out to inquire.
